Opening reception for display showcasing TAMUK Engineering design research on environmental sustainability models, Sustaining South Texas. Reception is free and open to the public.

Sustaining South Texas display and children's hands-on activity center available May 23 though August 12 in the Conner Museum West Gallery. 

The design models displayed are senior capstone projects. The annual design project provides opportunities for engineering students to develop real-world alternatives for environmental engineering design problems, perform economic assessments, and understand the interrelation between environmental engineering design and economic, social, political, ethical, health, safety, and sustainability factors.
