Latina Warrior Exhibit* Opening Reception & Book Signing

Friday, November 10, 2023, 5-7 PM |  Free and open to the public

Texas A&M University-Kingsville invites you to an evening of poetry, prose and art at the Conner Museum. Enjoy refreshments, poetry reading by the author, and a  performance by Mariachi Javelina.

Art & poetry exhibit on display at the Conner Museum from November 10 - 20, 2023.

Exhibit features a selection of poetry and artwork from newly released Latina Warrior.  The book is a collection of poems, prose, and art by Colonel Lisa Carrington Firmin and illustrated by artist Major Christina Helferich-Polosky.
