About this Event
The Texas A&M University-Kingsville Jazz Festival will return this year with 39 school jazz bands from across Texas.
The festival is a three-day event held on March 25-27 in the the Performance Hall of the Dr. Steven H. Tallant Music Building and Jones Auditorium. The festival includes competitions, concerts and a jazz clinic featuring Andy Martin, one of the greatest jazz trombonists of the jazz world.
Performances featuring TAMUK Jazz Ensembles will take place on Thursday and Friday evenings in the Performance Hall of the Dr. Steven H. Tallant Music Building; there will be an additional performance on Saturday evening in Jones Auditorium.
